Guidelines during an emergency
Step 1
Turn on hazard lights and set up a warning sign. Exit your vehicle and wait safely behind the guardrails.

Please prepare a basic sketch depicting the accident scene, and record the personal details, insurer's name, vehicle number, and the model of the third-party's vehicle (if applicable).
Additionally, capture photographs and document the damage to your vehicle.

1. Insurer's claim form.
2. Original Police Report.
3. Copy of Police Investigation Outcome or Summons (If any).
4. Copy of the Driver's NRIC and Driving License.
5. Copy of the Policyholder's NRIC and Driving License.
6. Copy of the Vehicle's Registration Card and Insurance policy.
7. Photographs of the accident scene and damage (if possible).
