Criteria selection for Stall Operator Appointment along our expressways are as follows:


1. The application is only applicable to Malaysian Citizens aged 18 years old and above and must be residing nearby or not more
than 30KM radius of the selected Rest and Relaxation (“R&R”), Lay-By and Overhead Bridge Restaurant (“OBR”).


2. The applicant has never been convicted of any criminal offenses or been declared bankrupt.


3. Has a keen interest in starting a business with interesting business ideas.


4. Individuals or companies must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“SSM”).


5. All applications are subject to the terms and conditions of PLUS.

Each application is to be submitted together with the
following documents:


a. Business Proposal and Concept Proposal.


b. A copy of the applicant’s Identification Card (“IC”).


c. Copy of company/business/sole proprietor registration document.

Enterprise

• Form D and/ E together with business and owner information.

Sdn Bhd

• Form 9,24,44,49, and Annual Form return.

d. Current bank account statement for 4 months.

PLUS will only evaluate and review applications that are complete. Those who are eligible will be called for an
interview session.
