SHAH ALAM TOLL PLAZA AND INTERCHANGE REOPENS TO HIGHWAY CUSTOMERS

PLUS informs that the Shah Alam Toll Plaza the  Interchange are reopened in stages to all highway customers.

As soon as water levels receded, PLUS immediately carried out cleaning, removal of stranded vehicles, thorough inspection and repair works on highway assets as well as damaged toll equipment due to flood waters.

"The affected routes have now been opened in stages. However, we advise our customers to remain vigilant and adhere to warning signs as there are still some parts of the road that are still flood waters", advises Datuk Zakaria Ahmad Zabidi, Chief Operating Officer of PLUS Malaysia Berhad. 

PLUS is grateful and would like to thank everyone including the Malaysian Highway Authority, Royal Malaysian Police, Fire and Rescue Department, Civil Defense Department, as well as all other agencies and individuals involved in the rescue and evacuation missions of stranded highway customers, especially those who have cooperated to ensure the smooth running of the rescue operation.

Their patience has helped ensure the safety and comfort of all remains PLUS's top priority. PLAZA TOL & PERSIMPANGAN BERTINGKAT SHAH ALAM DIBUKA SEMULA KEPADA LALUAN TRAFIK

PLUS maklumkan Plaza Tol dan Persimpangan Bertingkat Shah Alam kini dibuka semula secara  berperingkat kepada semua pelanggan lebuh rayanya.

Berikutan paras air banjir yang telah surut, pihak PLUS segera menjalankan kerja-kerja pembersihan, pengalihan kenderaan yang terkandas, pemeriksaan menyeluruh dan kerja pembaikan ke atas aset lebuh raya serta peralatan tol yang rosak disebabkan oleh air banjir.

“Laluan yang terjejas kini telah dibuka secara berperingkat. Namun, kami menasihati para pelanggan untuk tetap berhati-hati dan mematuhi papan tanda amaran kerana masih ada di beberapa bahagian jalan yang masih ditakungi air banjir”, nasihat Datuk Zakaria Ahmad Zabidi, Ketua Pegawai Operasi PLUS Malaysia Berhad.
