Ensures PLUS adopts customer-centric sustainability practices throughout its commercial activities, including engaging with local communities, business partners and corporate organisations which conduct business with PLUS
We drive process excellence, increased digitization, sustainable innovations and bring about additional value to the company through innovation culture, technology enable solutions and innovations, process efficiency and effectiveness, enhanced organization capacity and capability, and digital process innovation. We leverage on technology enabled solutions and innovations to improve the organization capacity and capability, establish and drive programs, tools and intervention to instill innovation culture.
GOVERNANCE, RISK AND COMPLIANCE
We formulate, establish & execute the governance, risk, compliance and sustainability strategies, frameworks, plans, programs and best practices to improve organizational governance, risk management, sustainability practices, control processes, ethics as well as maintain the integrity of company revenue and prevent financial leakage.
We manage PLUS’ financial strategies and operations to ensure PLUS’ obligations, as the single largest rated sukuk issuer in the country, is met at all times, while ensuring PLUS’ long-term sustainability and returns to investors
We manages and supervises PLUS’ acquisition programmes, ensuring fair, efficient and effective procurement processes.
STRATEGIC PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
We are responsible for developing and monitoring the implementation of business strategies to enable achievement of strategic objectives and ensure the sustainability of PLUS
LEGAL & CORPORATE SECRETARIAL
We advise on all legal and corporate secretarial matters for PLUS Group of Companies
We manage PLUS communications with its external stakeholders, including corporate, community and public engagement activities towards ensuring effective and transparent communications
We oversee the internal audit and control function, providing appropriate oversight into the PLUS’ operational and strategic initiatives
We manage PLUS’ talent management and industrial relations, ensuring PLUS possesses a sufficient and capable workforce to undertake all initiatives related to Warga PLUS.
