  • Your report will be received by an independent third party administrator, who will send a receipt of acknowledgement provided you have given contact details.
  • Your report will be directed by the independent third party administrator to the relevant Board Member who will thereafter determine the next appropriate action.
  • You shall be updated by the independent third party administrator on the progress of the assessment and/ or investigation according to PLUS’ policies and procedures.
  • Your identity shall be kept confidential to the full extent possible unless otherwise required by law or legal proceedings.
  • Provided that your report is made in good faith, you shall be protected in line with the applicable laws and regulation.

You may choose to be anonymous whereby contact details are not mandatory, but it is highly recommended to provide contact details and sufficient information to facilitate subsequent actions, including assessment and/or investigation.

Currently, PLUS Malaysia Berhad does not offer specific incentives for providing feedback. Your input, however, is highly valued as it contributes to the continuous improvement of their services.

The response time for feedback submitted may vary. However, PLUS Malaysia Berhad aims to acknowledge and respond to feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

The registration process typically takes 7 working days if there are no issues encountered during the registration process. An email notification will be sent out to vendors if the application is successful or if further clarification/information is required.

The minimum business operations hours are 15 hours. 

Yes, all applicants must obtain a business license from the local authority and/or the relevant authorities and must comply with the Laws of Malaysia. 

The application is subject to further discussion, review, and evaluation to be conducted by PLUS Berhad.

All the data submitted to PLUS will be protected under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 as stipulated in the application form.

The application is open throughout the year, depending on the vacancy of the location. If there are no immediate vacancies, the application will be placed on the waiting list for one (1) year from the date of application.

PLUS will only evaluate and review applications that are complete. Those who are eligible will be called for an interview session. 

Each application is to be submitted together with the following documents:

 

a. Business Proposal and Concept Proposal.

 

b. A copy of the applicant’s Identification Card (“IC”).

 

c. Copy of company/business/sole proprietor registration document.

Criteria selection for Stall Operator Appointment along our expressways are as follows: 

  1. The application is only applicable to Malaysia Citizens aged 18 years old and above and must be residing nearby or not more that 30km radius of the selected Rest and Service Area (“RSA”), Lay-By and Overhead Bridge restaurant (“OBR”).

 

  1. The applicant has never been convicted of any criminal offense or been declared bankrupt.

 

  1. Has a keen interest in starting a business with interesting business idea.

 

  1. Individuals or companies must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“SSM”).

 

  1. All applications are subject to the terms and conditions of PLUS Berhad.

For PLUSTrack card we designed special for toll use only and normal Touch N Go card can use to toll and other expenses. 

It is a prepaid (debit) card that comes with access usage for toll only. Fleet Operators need to sign up to get benefit from PLUSTrack Program.

A program created for fleet operators that provides convenience, saving, effective management and control for your fleet operators.

Private vehicle means individual owned vehicles. To collect points, your vehicle class must be Class 1 in all PLUS Expressways except for Jambatan Pulau Pinang for Class 2.

Basic requirements to become a PLUSMiles member are:

  1. All 18 years old and above customers who reside in Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand.

 

  1. Registration is compulsory.

  

  1. All vehicle classes. However, entitlement for Points Rewards is only applicable to Private Vehicle.

 

  1. Registration valid for individuals only.

PLUSMiles portal is a portal where members can access their PLUSMiles account information, points rewards, discount privileges and view toll transactions. 

The PLUSMiles program is the consumer rewards & loyalty program by Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Berhad (PLUS Berhad) for PLUSMiles members.

 

Through PLUSMiles, you can: –

The Travel Time Advisory (TTA) is a set of recommended staggered travel times for various destinations along the expressways. It is developed to improve traffic flow on the mainline during festive seasons by proactive scheduling of travel to provide a smoother flow of traffic and at the same time reduce congestion during peak hours. 

PLUSTrack is a pioneer fleet card initiated by PLUS for transporters as an alternative electronic mode for toll payment. It is a solution for day-to-day efficient fleet management and rewarded with tiered-rebate program (subject to PLUSTrack’s terms and conditions). Fleet companies may apply by contacting the Customer Relationship and Sales Department at 03-7666 4666

The Touch ‘n Go card (including PLUSMiles card), SmartTAG, RFID and Open Payment (currently on trial at BKE) 

There are currently 50 Lay-Bys (inclusive of vista points and truckers’ centre) and 29 RSAs (inclusive of overhead bridge restaurants) on all PLUS-operated expressways. 

R&R (Rest & Relaxation) Area, located every 80 to 100 kilometres provide facilities such as food stalls, rest huts, expressway motels (selected locations only), prayer rooms, petrol stations, public restrooms, convenience shops, ATMs, public telephones, parking bays and children’s playgrounds.

 

Lay-By or mini-RSA is located every 25 to 50 kilometres along the expressways. A Lay-By offers basic facilities such as public restrooms, public telephones, parking bays and rest huts. However, some upgraded Lay-Bys offer additional facilities such as food stalls, petrol stations, prayer rooms and others.

The latest traffic updates are provided through the toll-free PLUSLine (1800-88-0000), electronic message boards installed at strategic locations along the expressways, major radio stations and the PLUSTrafik Twitter service.

Toll Fare calculation is based on the current toll rate (cent/km) and distance travelled. The distance is calculated from PLUS’ Limit of Maintenance Responsibilities (LMR) and not from the respective toll plazas. The distance is checked and approved by the Malaysian Highway Authority.

The North-South Expressway (NSE), a 748-km expressway from the border of Thailand on the north to the border of Singapore on the South of the Peninsular Malaysia; 

 

The New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) – a 35-km expressway running between Jalan Duta and Bukit Raja in Klang; 

 

The Seremban-Port Dickson Highway (SPDH) – a 23-km expressway connecting Seremban and Port Dickson; 

 

The North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) Highway – a 63-km expressway that connects the Nilai Utara Interchange on the NSE and Shah Alam on the NKVE; 

 

The Malaysia-Singapore Second Crossing Highway (LINKEDUA) – the second bridge crossing between Tuas in Singapore and Tanjung Kupang in Johor, and the toll road linking the second crossing to the NSE with a total length of 47-km;  

 

The Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE) – a 17-km expressway linking Kulim in Kedah to Seberang Perai in Penang; 

 

The Penang Bridge, a vital link connecting Penang Island and Seberang Perai on the mainland with total length of 13.5-km. 

If you wish to initiate a claim, please complete the Accident Claim Form available at Accident Claim Form. Please complete the Accident Claim Form and upload all the supporting documents, as required.  Please also ensure that you have carefully read and understood the information contained in the Claim Procedure before submitting the claim.

You may submit the required documents below in the Customer Intelligence Portal. Please be informed that you are required to enter your phone & ticket number accordingly.

Approximately thirty (30) working days from the date we receive your complete documents, but this is subject to the investigation process. Hence, it may take longer than thirty (30) working days for us to revert to you on the outcome. 

A letter will be sent to your registered email address informing you of the claim outcome. Alternatively, you may drop us a message at the Customer Intelligence Portal chat box regarding the status of your claim.
